England 89-4 (24.4 ovs) vs India 107 | Scorecard

Mohammed Shami claimed two wickets to leave England in a spot of bother at lunch on Day 3 of the second Test at Lord's on Saturday.

Shami trapped Joe Root leg before wicket with the final ball of the morning session as England went into the lunch break on 89 for four in 24.4 overs in reply to India's 107.

Keaton Jennings was the first wicket to fall on the third day when he was trapped leg before by Shami for 11.

Alastair Cook fell in the very next over, caught behind off Ishant Sharma for 11.

Debutant Ollie Pope stroked a brisk 38 before he was given out LBW to Hardik Pandya and Root followed a few overs later, dismissed in the same fashion for 19.

If they claim a few quick wickets after lunch, then they have a good chance to keep England under 150 and bring themselves back into the contest despite their batting failure in the first innings.
