India 116-7 (43 ovs) & 107 vs Eng 396-7 | Scorecard

James Anderson comes back into the attack. Ashwin slashes a short wide delivery over the thirdman region for a four and then takes one.

Pandya is beaten off the last ball as Anderson produces a cracking outswinger which is switched on and around the off-stump, forcing the right-hander to play.

In the next over, Pandya plays an uppish flick off Broad through the vacant midwicket region for another boundary to raise the 50-run stand for the seventh wicket.

England make a change as Woakes comes into the attack and he breaks the partnership.

Pandya is given out leg before wicket for 26 after England took the review. Umpire Aleem Dar had initially ruled him not out but England took the DRS which showed that the ball struck Pandya in line and was going on to hit the leg stump.

New batsman Kuldeep Yadav is beaten first ball by the away going delivery from Woakes before he manages to survives the rest of the over.
