India 279-3 (92 ovs) & 329 vs Eng 161 | Scorecard

Pacer Chris Woakes to start off the tea break. The first two balls come in sharply as Ajinkya Rahane is hit on the pads both times before he plays out the rest of the over.

James Anderson from the other end. Kohli has two close shaves as he edges two balls in a row.

He goes hard at the fourth ball which goes straight through Keaton Jennings at gully. That was a straightforward opportunity and Anderson is visibly very disappointed as they could have got Kohli out in the 90s for the second time in the game. He looks to defend the next ball but gets the edge again as it falls short of Alastair Cook at first slip.

Kohli then taps the last ball into the covers for a single to take his score to 98.

In the next over, Kohli steers the third ball from Woakes past the slips for a four to bring up his 23rd Test century and the second of the series. And wife Anushka Sharma in the stands applauds her husband's super effort with the bat.

Kohli narrowly missed out a century in the first innings, when he was caught at slip off Rashid for 97 but this time he made sure to complete his hundred.

This is Kohli's 16th Test century as the India captain as he continues to torment England with the bat.
