India 308-5 (102 ovs) & 329 vs Eng 161 | Scorecard

Anderson bowls a bit too straight as new batsman Hardik Pandya clips it through midwicket for a four to get off the mark in style.

He crunches the fifth ball square on the off-side for another boundary before taking a single off the last ball to retain strike.

It looks like India are looking to go on the attack as Pandya looks to ramp it over the slips but it goes on the bounce to thirdman for one.

Rahane goes hard at the last ball but is beaten as India make their intent clear.

Stokes comes back into the attack, replacing Anderson and he starts with a wide outside the off-stump, followed by two singles off the last two balls of the over.

Spinner Rashid comes back into the attack. Rahane gets a single from the first ball before Pandya tries to heave it over the leg side but fails to make proper connection for just a single and Rahane takes another run.

India are 298 for five in 100 overs, for an overall lead of 466 runs.

Stokes drops short and also offers some width as Rahane slashes it through the covers for a four and then takes a single next ball.

In the next over, Pandya lofts Rashid over the covers for a boundary as India keep getting the boundaries quite regularly.

India could be looking at taking their lead past 500 before declaring their innings.
