Eng 313-9 (104 ovs); Target to win: 521 | Scorecard

Hardik Pandya opens the bowling for India on Day 5. James Anderson taps the first ball to point before he ducks under the next ball, which is a bouncer.

Pandya again drops short but which doesn't get up much as Anderson avoids and wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant does well to collect as the ball moves a bit after passing the batsman.

The fourth ball is wide as Anderson throws his bat but is beaten before he rocks right back to defend and is beaten by some movement and is struck on the back thigh pad. He is beaten off the last ball as Pandya gets it to slant across the left-hander.

Mohammed Shami to bowl from the other end. Adil Rashid clips the first ball off his pads as the injured Ashwin jogs slowly after the ball but England's batsmen are happy to collect just two.

Rashid defends the next two balls before he attempts to pull a short ball down the leg side and misses and blocks the last two balls.
