England 77-1 (10 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Change in the bowling as Hardik Pandya replaces Chahal, who was hit for 16 runs in his first over.

Buttler clips the first ball to square leg for two runs followed by a single.

Alex Hales is hit on the body by a quick short ball from Pandya as he tries to turn it on the leg side but misses. The next ball is short but bounces a bit more as Hales tries the pull shot but is beaten again followed by two more dot balls.

A tidy start with the ball by Pandya as he gives away just three runs in his first over with England reaching 53 for one in six overs.

Chahal comes back at the end of the Powerplay, to bowl the seventh over. He does well to concede just six runs in his second over with India keen to pull back things after England's fiery start.

Pandya nearly bowls another good over till he spoils it with a poor last ball. He gifts Buttler a full toss on the pads which he clips through the leg side for a four to get seven runs from the over.

In the next over, Buttler reverse sweeps Chahal for a four to help England maintain the momentum.

Spin from both ends as left-armer Kuldeep Yadav comes into the attack. The first ball is a half volley on the stumps as Buttler whips it through midwicket for a four.

But Kuldeep makes a good comeback with four dot balls in a row to Buttler to halt his charge.

Buttler manages a single off the last ball as five runs come from Kuldeep's first over.

After 10 overs, England have reached 77 for one with Buttler hitting 42 from 27 balls, while Hales is on five from 13 balls.

They were sitting pretty on 50 for one in five overs before India managed to pull back things in the next five, conceding just 27 runs.
