India 12-0 (5 ovs) vs England | Scorecard

Mark Wood starts with a wide outswinger which moves away as Rohit Sharma throws his bat but is beaten.

Some early help for Wood as he keeps moving the ball as Rohit is beaten a couple of times in the over as he keeps poking at wide ones.

A good start from Wood as he begins with a maiden over.

Left-arm David Willey to bowl the second over. Shikhar Dhawan defends the second ball close to the pitch as the left-hander initially decides to take the run but stops before an overthrow from the bowler gives him the single to get India off the mark.

Rohit defends the next two balls followed by two singles from the last two balls to get three runs from the second over.

First runs off Wood's bowling as Dhawan cover drives a wide delivery for the first boundary of India's innings.

The next ball is pitched up as Dhawan drives it straight back but can't beat the fielder at mid-off.

Two balls later, Wood tries a short ball but Dhawan quickly rocks back and pulls it fine on the leg side for another four.

In the next over, Willey drifts on the pads as Rohit clips it on the leg side for a single.

The pacer then bowls a peach as the ball just hold it's line at the last minute to beat Dhawan, who plays inside the line, before he manages to see off the rest of the over.

Wood struggled against Dhawan in the previous over, but he bowls another superb over to right-hander Rohit, sending down his second maiden over of the innings.

India off to a slow start as they manage just 12 runs from the first five overs.
