Ravichandran Ashwin picked up four for 27 to send the inexperienced Afghanistan crashing for a lowly 109 in their first innings.

Afghanistan conceded a huge first innings lead of 365 runs as India decided to enforce the follow-on.

Only Mohammed Nabi, who hit 24 from 44 balls, was the only Afghanistan batsman to go past the 20-run mark.

India's pacers had rocked Afghanistan early with Ishant Sharma picking up two wickets and Umesh picking up one.

Ashwin ran through the middle order as he claimed four for 27 in eight overs, while Jadeja picked up two for 18 in 3.5 overs.
