Ireland 70-all out (12.3 ovs) vs India 213-4 | Scorecard

Spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav picked three wickets each to send Ireland crashing for a lowly 70 in the second T20 International.

India won the match by a huge 143-run margin to complete a 2-0 series sweep. This is the second biggest victory in terms of runs in T20 Internationals.

India, who were put into bat, dominated again with the bat as they amassed an imposing 213 for four in their 20 overs.

KL Rahul, drafted into the team in place of Shikhar Dhawan, smashed a quickfire 70 from 36 balls to rally India after the early dismissal of Virat Kohli (9).

He put on 106 runs for the second wicket with Suresh Raina, who hit a quick 69 from 45 balls.

Hardik Pandya's assault provided the boost at the end, as he smashed 32 from just nine balls, hitting four sixes and a four.

A perfect start for India as they hammer Ireland in both T20Is and they will hope to take the momentum into their forthcoming limited overs series against England, starting on July 3.
