RCB 218-6 (20 ovs)  vs SRH | Scorecard



RCB make a massive 218 for 6 in their 20 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Thanks to some lusty hitting by ABD, Moeen and De Grandhomme, and then some cheeky batting by Sarfaraz, RCB has managed to pile on the big runs.

Basil Thampi got the most hammering, registering the worst bowling figures in the IPL, with figures of 4-70-0.


The batsmen had crossed and Sarfaraz gets a life as Sandeep drops the catch at short fine leg.

He then gets a single off a leg bye.

Southee is the new batsman a single to get off the mark.

Sarfaraz pulls the ball to fine leg to end the innings with a boundary as 10 runs and a wicket come in the over.




Kaul continues and De Grandhomme gets a life as Williamson drops it. He runs for 2.

Next ball De Grandhomme pulls and a perfectly timed jump and catch by Rashid sends the batsman back. De Grandhomme goes for 38.




Thampi on to bowl the penultimate over, he starts with a slower one and De Grandhomme hammers the ball over point for a six!

Next ball is a single to deep mid-wicket.


200 comes up as Thampi's yorker is not in place and Sarfaraz just picks it and plays it square of the wicket on the off side.

Sarfaraz then plays the cheeky scoop-ramp shot for a six over third man.

He then gets a single to third man.

De Grandhomme gets a single off the last ball of the over as 19 come off it.



Kaul comes back into the attack and strikes! 

Mandeep is out. He tries to clear the long-off but only manages to hand a catch to Dhawan in the deep.

De Grandhomme then slaps the ball over mid-wicket for a six! 

Slower ball, De Grandhomme plays and misses but the batsmen sneak a single.

Sarfaraz is the new batsman, a misfield by Thampi at short third man gets him off the mark with a boundary.

He then gets a single to the leg side.

De Grandhomme tries to tickle the ball through the slips for a four but keeper Goswami does well to save the ball and gives the batsman just one run.

13 runs come off the over.



Shakib comes back into the attack and Mandeep gets off the mark with a single.

The batsmen then do well to rotate the strike and convert the singles into twos.

De Grandhomme powers the ball over extra cover to end the over with a six as 13 come off the over.
