Sunrisers 17-1 (3 ovs) vs CSK | Scorecard

Pacer Deepak Chahar to open the bowling for CSK and he will make most of any early help with the new ball.

Chahar starts with a high full toss to Sreevats Goswami as the umpire rules it a no-ball for being too high.

Shikhar Dhawan lofts the free hit delivery down the ground but it goes on the bounce to long-on for just a single.

But Chahar does well as he gives away just six runs in the opening over despite starting with the no-ball.

Fast bowler from both ends as Lungi Ngidi comes into the attack from the other end.

Goswami takes a single from the first ball before Dhawan clips the next fine for a four.

A single to Dhawan before Goswami is run out trying for an impossible second run. The latter flicks the fifth ball behind square on the leg side and goes for a risky second run but is well short of the crease.

Kane Williamson gets off the mark with a single from the last ball to mid-on.

Chahar bowls another good ball as Dhawan and Williamson look to play with caution, especially after the early wicket.

The pacer concedes just three in his second over as Sunrisers struggle to 17 for one in three overs.
