Off-spinner Roston Chase starts off with the ball after the lunch break for West Indies, who will be keen to stem the flow of boundaries.

Shaw off the blocks quickly as he clips the first ball through square leg for a single. Pujara also tries to get the spinner past short fine leg but is unable to beat the fielder a few times.

Pacer Shannon Gabriel from the other end. The first ball is well wide as Shaw steers it behind point for a four. The fast bowler then drifts on the pads and this time Shaw manages it flick it through midwicket for an easy couple of runs.

The fifth ball was right in the slot, full and wide, and Shaw was quick to latch on to it as he cracks it through the covers for his 10th boundary to take his score to 63.

He keeps the strike with a single from the last ball on the leg side.
