International Cricket Council [ Images ] president Sharad Pawar [ Images ] has said a resumption of cricket ties between India [ Images ] and Pakistan is on hold for now.
"Immediate ties between both countries is not possible. It is not in the hands of the cricket boards. It is a diplomatic issue. This is a decision taken by the Indian government," Pawar said Thursday.
Pawar also said that the holding of day-night Tests is still in the debating stage, and experts opinion would be taken into consideration before activating such a format.
He also said that as of now, there were no plans to shift the ICC [ Images ] headquarters from Dubai [ Images ] to London [ Images ].
