Marsh pulls a short ball from Ashwin through midwicket for three runs and Khawaja picks one from the last ball to keep strike.

Shami bowls another top over with good pace to Khawaja, as the left-hander opts to play out the over with utmost caution.

Ashwin drops short again as Marsh this time cuts it past point for a four and then steers the fifth ball behind point for a couple as Australia reach 55 for two in 20 overs.

Bumrah replaces Shami, who bowled an excellent spell after the tea break.

Khawaja is beaten off the second ball trying to play the cut shot before he turns the next on the leg side for two runs.

The fifth ball is a beauty as it comes in sharply and goes past the outside edge of Khawaja's bat.

Khawaja is not looking too comfortable out in the middle, itching to get some runs and get on with things.

He gives Ashwin the charge and tries to hit the spinner over midwicket but gets a thick inside edge which saves him from a possible stumping. The left-hander then picks up a quiet single on the off-side.
