Umpires call tea as Australia go in with their tails up after taking two early Indian wickets.

Starc first had Rahul out for a duck and then Hazlewood took the wicket of Pujara to keep Australia in the hunt in Perth.

Vijay is batting on 6 while India captain Kohli is 0 not out.

Earlier, Shami picked 6 wickets to help have Australian 243  all out in their 2nd innings.

Australia set India a target of 287 for victory.

Hazlewood continues and Vijay defends well.

Movement for Hazlewood, he gets the edge but luckily falls short of the fielder at slips.

A dot to end the over and that is tea!

Starc continues and the bounce in this wicket is making not just the India batters but also the Aus captain Paine jump around as he collects the ball.

A bouncer is deemed wide by umpire.

Vijay does well to defend then plays it fine for a single.

Kohli on strike, the ball balloons on him. This pitch is going to make things interesting.
