Delhi buy West Indian Rutherford for Rs. 2 crore

The IPL Auction resumes after the break with the accelerated process.

All-rounder Pravin Dubey with a base price of Rs. 20 lakh is up for grabs first up but he fails to find a buyer and remains unsold, and so does
Shubham Ranjane.

West Indian all-rounder Sherfane Rutherford with a base price of Rs. 40 lakh gets the opening bid from Delhi before KKR also jump into the fray as they take the bid past the Rs. 1 crore mark.

Delhi eventually buy the big-hitting West Indian for Rs. 2 crore.

Anrich Nortje of South Africa is bought by KKR for his base price of Rs. 20 lakh.

England's Joe Denly with a base price of Rs. 1 crore remains unsold and South African Rilee Rossouw with a base price of Rs. 1.5 crore also meets the same fate.

Australia's veteran all-rounder Dan Christian remain unsold along with pacer Manpreet Grewal.

Ali Khan of United States with a base price of Rs. 40 lakh also meets the same fate.

Australia fast bowler James Pattinson fails to attract any bids and remains unsold.
