Narine, who has one over in hand, comes back for his final spell. Three singles from the first three balls before Ashwin late cuts the fifth ball for a four.

It looks like Punjab have given up on the run chase and are looking to reduce the margin as much as possible, to keep the net run rate in control.

Ashwin smashes the last ball straight down the ground for a four as Punjab reach 181 for six in 17 overs, needing another 65 runs from three overs for victory.

Pacer Prasidh Krishna comes back into the attack. He beats Tye with the first ball who swings and misses before he takes one off the next ball.

Krishna bowls it wide before Karthik runs across and has a chat with the young bowler.

He then bowls a short ball which Ashwin pulls for a couple and then takes one down the ground.

Tye hammers the last ball for a four through the leg side as nine come from the over.

Ashwin takes on Russell as he hammers the West Indian straight down the ground for a six and then takes one.

Two balls later, Ashwin clubs Russell for another six over midwicket to take Punjab past the 200-run mark.

Russell tries the short ball as Ashwin makes room and ramps it over the wicketkeeper for a four.

18 runs from Russell's final over spoils his figures as he finishes with 41 for three in his four overs.

The young Prasidh to bowl the final over with 38 needed for victory. He strikes with the wicket of Tye, who looks to pull a short ball down the leg side but gets hits on the gloves and is caught behind for 14.

Two balls later, he dismisses Ashwin, who stroked a quickfire 45 from 22 balls.
