Punjab 93-4 (9 ovs) vs KKR 245-6 | Scorecard

Searles comes back into the attack. Rahul and Karun Nair pick a single each before the former blasts the fourth ball down the ground for a straight six.

Rahul picks one before Nair miscues the last ball which falls short of the fielder at long-on.

In the next over, Rahul steers a short wide delivery over the thirdman fence for a six to race to his fifty, from just 22 balls.

But Russell checks Punjab's charge with the wicket of Nair from the last ball of the over.

He targets the straight boundary but is caught at long-on after scoring just three.

Narine comes back and suffers at the hands of the attacking Rahul. He comes down the track and blasts the first ball back over the bowler's head for a straight six.

Two balls later, he pulls a short ball over the square leg fence for another maximum.

But Narine has the last laugh with the big wicket of Rahul. The right-hander looks to sweep the last ball but he misses and the ball goes off hids pads into the stumps.

Rahul walks back after a cracking innings of 66 from 29 balls, laced with seven sixes and two fours, as Punjab's hopes receive a big jolt.

Punjab are 93 for four in nine overs, needing another 153 runs from 11 overs for victory.
