India 257-7 (88 ovs) vs WI | Scorecard

Holder gets the ball to move away late as Ishant is beaten trying to defend before he miscues the next ball uppishly on the leg side as it falls short of the fielder for a single.

Jadeja then defends the next two balls before he nearly holes out as he pulls a short ball from Holder which falls just short of the fielder at square leg.

Roach looking to keep it just outside the off-stump as Jadeja is content to defend before he leaves three balls in a row slanted across him. He then clips one off his pads through square leg for two runs to raise the 50-run stand for the eighth wicket from 97 balls.

Ishant has played his part with a dogged knock of 17 from 48 balls, while Jadeja has made a solid 32 from 84 balls.

Gabriel is back into the attack. Ishant is beaten first ball by one which holds its line before he nearly lobs a short ball to the close in fielder trying to block it.

The next ball is again short as Ishant leaves it alone before he survives a caught behind appeal off the last ball as Gabriel bowls another good delivery.
