India 288-8 (50 ovs) vs WI | Scorecard

Cottrell to bowl the penultimate over. Debutant Shivam Dube picks a single to thirdman and Deepak Chahar takes one to point.

The pacer then bowls a wide down the leg side as he misses his line with the slower ball.

Dube then clips a full delivery, nearly a yorker, through midwicket for a four and then takes through the same region next ball and Chahar takes one off the last ball.

Cottrell ends with good figures of 2/46 in his 10 overs.

Paul to bowl the final over. Chahar sensibly clips the first ball on the leg side and takes a single to bring Dube back on strike.

Dube then crashes Paul over the covers for a couple as Pollard at long-off rushes to his right and puts in a desperate dive to stop the boundary.

Dube then holes out to long-on as he attempts to hit it out of the ground to be caught by Holder for nine.

Paul strikes again off the next delivery as Chahar swipes a full toss straight to Cottrell at deep square leg to be dismissed for three.

But the umpires check for the height of the full toss and the TV umpire confirms it is above waist height and rules it a no-ball.

Shami can't make most the free hit as Paul bowls a good yorker but Chahar calls him across him for a bye, to get back the strike.

Chahar gets two runs off the final delivery through the leg side as India finish on a healthy 288 for eight in their 50 overs.

Iyer (70) and Pant (71) played a major role in India's revival after KL Rahul (6) and Virat Kohli (4) had perished early, while Rohit Sharma could score only 36.

Kedar Jadhav provided the impetus at the end, as he stroked a quickfire 40 from 35 balls, while Ravindra Jadeja hit a run-a-ball 21.
