India 136-2 (29 ovs) vs NZ 157 | Scorecard

The target is under 50 as India continue to cruise towards an easy victory.

A single each to Dhawan and Kohli before the former cuts a short ball to deep point for two runs and then keeps strike with one from the last ball.

Southee makes the breakthrough with the wicket of Kohli, who looks to play across the line but misses and is hit right in front.

The umpire gives it out leg before wicket before Kohli (34) decides to take the review.

The Snicko shows that Kohli had got some inside edge which saves the India captain.

The field is well spread around and India's batsmen are happy to collect the singles and keep the runs coming along to inch closer to victory.

They easily milk Santner for six singles in his sixth over making most of the gaps in the infield.

Ferguson comes back into the attack, replacing Southee, as India continue to ease towards victory by collecting three singles in the over.

Against the run of play, New Zealand strike with the wicket of Kohli, who misses the pull shot and is caught down the leg side for 45.

An under pressure Ambati Rayudu walks in at No. 4 and he will need to guard against throwing his wicket away cheaply or else he could face further questions on his place in the team.

Rayudu nearly perishes first ball as he pokes at a wide delivery only to get an edge which goes between the wicketkeeper and slip fielder for a four and is beaten again off the next ball.
