NZ 77-4 (19 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Williamson clips Shankar from the stumps through square leg using his wrists to good effect for a boundary and then clips the next ball in the same region for two runs.

Williamson, on 20, gets a lifeline as Jadhav puts down a simple catch at fine leg. The Kiwi captain had pulled a short ball from Shankar straight to the fielder at fine leg, who got down well to the low chance but could not hold on.

Latham already looking busy as he keeps the scoreboard ticking with regular singles as he along with Williamson collect five runs from Chahal's fourth over.

Change in the bowling as Kuldeep Yadav comes into the attack to bowl the 18th over, replacing Shankar, as India employ spinners from both ends.

He starts off well with three dot balls to Williamson before he takes one to long-on before Latham paddle sweeps the last ball fine for two runs.

In the next over, Latham gives Chahal the charge and clips him over midwicket for a four.

But the bowler gets revenge the very next ball as he gets Latham caught and bowled. Chahal does well to hold on to a sharp low catch for his second caught and bowled of the innings to send back the confident Latham for 11.
