Mumbai 136-5 (16 ovs) vs CSK

The experienced Jadeja makes the breakthrough with the key wicket of Tiwary.

The left-hander, who made 42 from 31 balls, perishes to a stunning catch from du Plessis at long-on, who does well to take a well-judged leaping high just inches inside the ropes. Du Plessis loses his balance as he leaps high to take the catch and he shows quick presence of mind to lob the ball back as he crosses over before coming back inside to complete the catch.

That brings out the in-form Kieron Pollard, who played some blazing innings in the CPL recently.

Pollard gets off the mark with a single on the leg side and Pandya takes one off the next followed by another run to the former.

Jadeja then rocks Mumbai with another wicket in his final wicket, that of the dangerman Hardik.

Hardik tries to loft it down the ground but can't clear du Plessis at long-off, who completes an easy catch this time around.

Krunal Pandya gets off the mark with two runs through midwicket through midwicket as Mumbai reach 126 for five in 15 overs.

Jadeja makes up for his poor start with the ball by taking two key wickets in his final over, to finish with 2-42 in his four overs.

Chawla continues, to bowl his fourth and final over as CSK look to use the leg-spinner against Pollard.

Pollard watchfully defends the first ball before he casually lofts the next ball back over the bowler's head and it carries all the way for a six.

Chawla goes flat this time as Pollard taps it on the leg side for one and Krunal gets one off the next.

Pollard carves the last ball past point for two runs as MI reach 136 for five in 16 overs before the umpires take the second strategic timeout.
