De Villiers slams 27-ball half-century

KKR's death overs specialist Andre Russell comes into the attack, to bowl the 18th over.

He starts with a wide yorker which de Villiers misses before the medium pacer bowls a wide.

Russell makes the mistake of bowling length to de Villiers, who clubs it over midwicket for a six.

Russell from round the wicket provides some width as de Villiers flays it past point for a four and hits the next through the covers for a couple.

De Villiers is proving to be unstoppable as he keeps the boundaries coming in the final overs, with 48 coming from the last four overs.

Harbhajan is back into the attack, to bowl the 19th over. The first ball is is flighted and turns sharply as Kyle Jamieson has a swing but misses.

He then hits the next ball through the covers for a four to get off the mark.

Generous flight from Harbhajan but Jamieson uses his power to good effect, hitting it straight down the ground to clear Cummins at long-off for a six.

Jamieson takes a single before de Villiers makes room and swats the off-spinner inside out over the cover fence for a six, to race to his fifty from just 27 balls.

De Villiers retains the strike with a single from the last ball, as Harbhajan goes for 18 in his final over.
