Kohli flicks the next through midwicket for a couple and gets a thick inside edge off the fifth ball for two more runs.

He drives the last ball straight for a single to retain strike for Day 6.

India finish Day 5 on 64/2 in 30 overs with Kohli on eight and Pujara on 12. They lead New Zealand by 32 runs.

They will look to bat out the reserve day on Wednesday and draw the WTC final.

Earlier, Mohammed Shami took 4/76 but New Zealand's lower order steered them to 249 to take a 32-run first innings lead.
