India 26-1 (14 ovs) vs Eng 205 | Scorecard

James Anderson to open the bowling on Day 2 for England. The first ball is pitched up as Rohit clips it through midwicket for a couple.

The second ball is a bit short and comes in as Rohit leaves it on length and is hit high on the pads, which saves him from the LBW.

Rohit then defends the next couple of balls before he throws his bat at a wide delivery, hitting it uppishly but well short of point.

The last ball comes in as Rohit is hit on the pads with England appealing for leg before which doesn't interest the umpire much as the impact is a bit high.

Pace from both ends as Ben Stokes operates from the other end. Cheteshwar Pujara watchfully defends the first ball with a straight bat as the ball moves away slightly.

Stokes goes wide and Pujara is happy to leave and does the same with the next.

The fourth ball is closer to the stumps as Pujara blocks it on the off-side followed by another leave before he defends the last ball as Stokes starts off with a maiden over.
