India 121-5 (50 ovs) vs Eng 205 | Scorecard

Pant goes after a wide half volley from Anderson as he flays it through the off-side for a four.

Part-time Joe Root, who picked up five wickets in the previous match, comes into the attack in place of Bess.

Rohit picks a single off the second ball to midwicket. Pant then reverse sweeps the next ball square on the off-side for a couple of runs.

Pant then comes down the track and lofts Root over the long-off fence for a six.

Stokes back into the attack in place of Anderson. He pegs back India once again with the key wicket of the well-set Rohit.

Rohit plays all over the incoming delivery from Stokes trying to tap it on the leg side for a single to complete his fifty but misses and is hit on the pads.

The umpire rules it out leg before wicket as Rohit decides to take the review. The point of impact and the point of hitting the wickets are both umpire's call as the on-field umpire's decision stays.

Rohit walks back for 49 with India slipping to 121 for five, still trailing England by 84 runs.

Stokes, the only batsman to hit a fifty in the Test so far, has now rocked India with the two big wickets of Kohli and Rohit.
