India 5-0 (2 ovs) vs England | Scorecard

Shubman Gill walks out to open with Cheteshwar Pujara, while veteran James Anderson opens the bowling for England.

The first ball is full and swings away as Gill is able to leave it easily and he does the same next ball.

Anderson focussing on keeping it full and just outside the off-stump as Gill is happy to offer no stroke as he looks to get his eye in.

After four wide outswingers, Anderson gets one to jag in as Gill is struck on high on the pads trying to defend.

The last ball comes in again and this time Gill flicks it through midwicket for a four to get off the mark.

Stuart Broad from the other end. The first ball is wide of the stumps as Pujara offers no stroke but Broad has overstepped to concede a no-ball.

Even Broad happy to pitch it wide of the stumps and someone like Pujara will be happy, leaving as many deliveries as possible against the new ball.

After a few outswingers, Broad pitches the last ball on the stumps as Pujara watchfully blocks it on the leg side.
